Reservations/Bookings:
Bookings may be cancelled by Sempiak Seaside Resort if, after 48 hours of such request being made, no confirmation is made by the client (including payment of Confirmation Deposit).

Confirmations:
To confirm a booking, a 50% Confirmation Deposit is required, payable on the Reservation Value (RV) calculated by Sempiak Seaside Resort from the information given by the client. The RV includes the Villa occupancy, dates, taxes, service, booking charges, and any other booking information applicable to the stay at Sempiak Seaside Resort.

Cancellations:
Please do contact us immediately if you cannot travel as planned; we appreciate as much advance notice as possible and will endeavour to work out a solution together. However, our general terms are as follows:

High Season – A booking made for the following dates: 15th of May to 30th of September, and 15th of December to 15th of January.

• 30% charge – 60 days before arrival
• 50% charge – 30 days before arrival
• Full charge – 14 days before arrival
• Early checkout or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of the price per night. This applies to cancellation of the whole stay or part of the stay.

Low Season – A booking made for the following dates: 1st of October to 14th of December, and 16th of January to 14th of May.

• 30% charge – 30 days before arrival (For villas Belantara, Kesambi, Okep, Kemiri, and Kemos)
• 50% charge – 14 days before arrival
• Full charge – 7 days before arrival
• Early checkout or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of the price per night. This applies to cancellation of the whole stay or part of the stay.

If you can provide documents, such as a medical letter or certificate, we can hold your deposit for your future rebooking within one year. We can also assist with supporting documents for travel insurance if necessary.

Payments:
Confirmation Deposits may be made via the following:

• DOKU – for Credit Card payments (Visa and MasterCard)
• Website – Credit Card payments (Visa and MasterCard): The payment will be processed in the next 24 hours.
• Direct credit transfer from your bank in any currency to our Indonesian Rupiah accounts: Please note that the Indonesian banks will convert your transfer into Indonesian Rupiah on arrival, and we are not responsible for bank fees and charges. We will always supply proof of transfer once received. Below are our bank accounts:

Please use your booking reference number from us, or information that will help us in identifying your payment. Please email us to advise of payment. We will send you the confirmation of your booking.

For Final Accounts on checkout, payments may be made by the following ways:

• Cash – Indonesian Rupiah (There is an ATM on the property.)
• Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, and American Express (There is an additional 3% transaction fee for Amex.)
• Debit cards from all local banks such as Mandiri, BCA, BNI, BRI, etc.
• Direct Debit

Please note for your safety and comfort the following maximum occupancy:

For the Scenic Villas:
Kenanga, Kokoh, Kruing, Kembang, Kolo, and Anak Kayangan = 2 guests
Kesambi = 4 guests
Belantara = 6 guests
Kenari = 6 guests
Okep = 3 guests

For the Holiday Houses:
Suite Koru and Suite Kelana = 2 guests
Kallima, Kemiri and Kidung = 4 guests
Anak Kallima, Kayu Putih = 2 guests
Kemos = 7 guests

Please Note: Rollaway beds and baby cots are available in some Villas and Holiday Houses upon request.
