Special attention has been given to the design of the villas, incorporating natural materials like coconut wood and local stone to reflect the surrounding area. The simplicity and elegance of each villa enhance their attractiveness, while wide, expansive verandas with panoramic views add to the comfort and unique character of each villa.
Each villa is tastefully appointed and equipped with ideal holiday amenities, including air conditioning, stereos, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bars, fridges, safes, and drinking water dispensers, all included in the rate.
Sempiak Seaside Resort advises guests with children under the age of 12 to consider alternative accommodations within the resort due to the hillside location, which features unfenced pools and steep terrain with numerous multi-level steps. We prioritize safety and appreciate parents’ understanding. However, we warmly welcome children in our Holiday Houses.
Guests are invited to enjoy the resort’s facilities, including the Spa, Beach Club, buggy transportation, and laundry services. Breakfast is served daily at the Laut Biru Bar and Restaurant.

Villa Okep is our largest one bedroom villa and is the perfect place to relax and unwind with views to the ocean and hills. It has a king-size en-suite bedroom with high quality furnishings & polished timber floors.
Villa Kokoh
Villa Kokoh is our most popular one bedroom villa with a queen size bed, comfortable lounge, dining and kitchen area. The villa has a lovely layout inside designed with your comfort in mind.
Villa Anak Kayangan
Villa Anak Kayangan offers a generously sized studio villa featuring a luxurious King-size bed, a TV, stereo system, and an assortment of books for those seeking relaxation.
Villa Kolo
Villa Kolo is a one-bedroom villa that is the perfect place to recharge and unwind with wonderful views from each room. There is a king-size en-suite bedroom with sweeping views of Selong Belanak Bay.
Villa Kembang
Villa Kembang is a large studio villa with a queen size bed, a veranda that boasts one of the best views on Sempiak Hil and a stereo, books & games for those wanting to relax.
Villa Kenanga
Villa Kenanga offers a cosy and comfortable escape for a couple wanting a studio villa. It features a perfect veranda on which to relax and look out to Selong Belanak beach.
Villa Kruing
Villa Kruing is a studio villa built in the same unique octagonal style as Villa Kokoh & Villa Okep with polished timber floors and wooden interior beams exuding its own distinctive style.

Villa Belantara is our largest villa and sits at the top of the resort, offering its guests total privacy and exceptional views from its private pool and beautiful gardens. The five-bedroom colonial inspired villa has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, offering ample space for large families or even two families to stay together.
Villa Kenari
Villa Kenari is a stunning two bedroom, two bathroom, two building villa with a private horizon pool between the two buildings, the smaller villa has a mezzanine floor with twin beds.
