The Sempiak Holiday Houses are situated just a few meters from the beach, providing easy access to the ocean. Designed specifically for groups and families, these holiday houses are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with ideal amenities such as stereos, books, magazines, tea and coffee making facilities, fridges, safes, and drinking water dispensers—all included in the rate.
The swimming pool area features outdoor tables and chairs, sofas, sun loungers, and bean bags for relaxation. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor shower and an elevated reading and lounging space that offers both views and privacy.
Guests are invited to take advantage of the resort’s facilities, including the Spa, Beach Club, and services like buggy transportation and laundry. Breakfast is served at the Laut Biru Bar and Restaurant.
Kemos
Villa Kemos is an air-conditioned three storey house with two double bedrooms, a kingsize main bedroom and a single bedroom in the attic.
Kidung
Villa Kidung is a comfortable, one level, spacious air-conditioned two bedroom holiday house, only a 3-minute ride by buggy to the beach.
Kayu Putih
Villa Kayu Putih presents a cozy one-bedroom house, fully air-conditioned, featuring a plush king-size bed for utmost comfort.
Koru
Suite Koru is a spacious air-conditioned room with a comfortable kingside bed, a separate kitchenette, a table and chairs and private bathroom.
Kelana
Suite Kelana is an air-conditioned one bedroom suite with a comfortable kingside bed, a separate kitchenette, dining area and private bathroom.
Kemiri
Of all the Holiday Houses, Kemiri is the closest to the beach (you can hear the waves at night). It is only a 1-minute walk to the beach and restaurant.
